Competition Terms and Conditions

December 2025 Promotion

1. Eligibility:

  • Anyone who signs up for a storage unit with Prestige Storage.
  • Anyone who signs up for a storage unit with Prestige Storage.
  • Only paid-up units at time of draw will be eligible.
  • All signups from 01 August 2025 till 11 December 2025 are eligible.
  • The competition is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of
    Prestige Storage, or any subsidiary companies and marketing service providers involved in the
    competition.
  • The Promoter is Prestige Storage.

2. Entry Allocations:

  • 1 Entry per unit signed up during competition period.
  • Any units paid for 6 months in advance will get 6 additional entries per unit in the draw.
  • Returning clients will get 2 additional entries in the draw.

3. Competition Period:

  • Signups are valid from 01 August 2025 to 11 December 2025.
  • The draw will take place at 1pm on 12 December 2025.
  • Entries received after 5pm on 11 December 2025 will not be considered.

4. Selection of Winner:

  • The competition winner will be chosen in a draw conducted by Prestige Storage at 1pm on 12 December 2025.

5. Prizes:

  • By entering the competition, participants grant Prestige Storage and their marketing service providers approval to post the winning contestant’s name on their social media pages.

6. General Conditions:

  • Prestige Storage decision is final.
  • Prestige Storage and their marketing service provider reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions.
  • Prestige Storage and their marketing service provider reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if necessary.
  • Prestige Storage shall have the right to terminate the Promotion immediately and without notice for any reason beyond its control requiring this. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Prestige Storage, its agents, and staff.

7. Governing Law:

  • The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the South African laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
